The integrative approach that I follow facilitates the combination of different therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Existential and the Transpersonal. This enables me to draw on a wide range of therapeutic approaches in order to meet your specific needs and address the issues that you want to explore.
I offer short term and open ended therapy and counselling with the aim of supporting my clients to improve the quality of their lives in a way that is meaningful to them. My practices are in the Barbican and at Paddington and I also work on-line.
Sessions take place in a confidential space with the aim of allowing you to explore sometimes difficult material in order to support you in improving the quality of your life, whatever that may personally mean.
The therapy can be either short term, typically seeking to address a particular issue with a specific goal in mind or longer term allowing for a deeper reflection of your life experiences.
Times of struggle and crises can often present real opportunities for growth. With self awareness and deeper understanding of our motives, change can come in a way that feels both natural and spontaneous.
I will support you in identifying your own strengths and resources while we work together to address the challenges that you are facing.
